Embarking on a poignant journey in this orchestral residency, Theresia Orchestra explores Haydn’s masterpiece, ‘The Seven Last Words of Christ’.

Commissioned in 1786 by the Oratorio de la Santa Cueva in Cadiz (Spain), this work speaks to Haydn’s reputation and the far-reaching impact of his music. Interwoven with reflective spoken word mediations, Alfredo Bernardini will lead Theresia Orchestra in this meaningful work ahead of Easter with performances in Lodi, Rovereto and Ravenna.
